Cleveland landlords will likely breath a sigh of relief as the Cleveland Housing Court under Judge Mona Scott was notoriously unfriendly towards landlords. Landlords can hope that new Judge Cherly Wiltshire will be more even-handed but should be cautioned against believing that there will be a 180 degree turn. Expect a higher push from the Court towards mediation and more filing paperwork.
